2. Privacy at a Glance
Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you personally. We collect such data in two ways: you provide it to us (for example via the contact form or the chat), or it is generated technically when you visit the website (for example IP address, browser, time of access). We do not use any analytics or tracking services and do not evaluate your user behaviour.
3. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd., 40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel. The domain is managed via checkdomain GmbH, Lübeck, Germany; no content or visitor data is processed there.
When you access the website, Wix automatically records information in server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and version, operating system and the previously visited page (referrer). This data is used to provide the website securely and without errors. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the reliable and secure presentation of our services. Wix stores the log files in accordance with its own policies only for as long as necessary for security and operation; we ourselves have no access to these logs.
We have concluded a data processing agreement with Wix pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR (Wix Data Processing Agreement). The EU Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Israel. Where Wix processes data in the USA, this is done on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. 4. Cookies
Wix sets technically necessary cookies that are required for the operation of the website (e.g. security, load balancing, storing your cookie settings, chat functionality). The legal basis is Section 25(2) No. 2 of the German TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We do not use cookies for analytics or marketing purposes. Details on the individual cookies can be found on our "Cookies" page.
5. Contact Form, Chat, Email and Telephone
If you contact us via the contact form, the chat on our website, by email or by telephone, we process the data you provide (name, email address, content of your message and any further voluntary information) in order to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. Form and chat messages are stored at Wix (Wix Forms, Wix Smart Chat) and forwarded to us; in the chat we ask for your email address so that we can reply even when we are not online.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at concluding a contract or a pre-contractual measure (such as an initial consultation), and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
We delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no follow-up questions are to be expected, at the latest after twelve months. Business correspondence subject to statutory retention obligations under commercial or tax law is retained for the legally prescribed period (six or ten years).
AI chat
The chat on our website is answered by an AI assistant (Wix Smart Chat); we point this out in the chat. Your inputs are processed by Wix and its AI service providers in order to generate replies, where applicable also in the USA on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Chat histories are stored in our Wix inbox and deleted within the same periods as contact enquiries. Please do not enter any confidential or personal data in the chat beyond your contact details.
6. Lead-Agent Demo Environment
At demo.leadagent.tailor-made-ai.com we provide a demo environment of our Lead-Agent. All companies, persons and contact details shown there are fictitious. No registration is required; when you start the demo we create an anonymous guest account that contains no information about you.
Protection against misuse
To keep the demo available to everyone, we limit the number of guest accounts per internet connection. For this purpose we store, for 48 hours, a hashed value of your IP address combined with a random value that changes daily. Your IP address cannot be reconstructed from this value. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the undisturbed operation of the demo (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The value is deleted automatically after 48 hours.
AI assistant
Inputs in the demo chat and the demo data required to answer them are transmitted to Mistral AI (Paris, France), a European provider of language models. Training of the models with these inputs is excluded in our account. Please do not enter any personal data in the chat.
Retention period and server location
The demo is reset to its initial state every night. Guest accounts, chat histories, notes and drafts are therefore deleted after 24 hours at the latest. The server is located in Germany (Hetzner Online GmbH, Nuremberg data centre; encrypted backups in Falkenstein), with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
7. Processing in the Course of Our Consulting Services
As part of our consulting work we use AI-supported analysis tools. If you provide us with data in the context of a potential analysis or a project, processing takes place exclusively on the basis of a separate contractual agreement (confidentiality agreement and, for personal data, an additional data processing agreement) and using interfaces where training of the models with client data is excluded.
8. Social Media
Our website links to our profiles on LinkedIn and Instagram. These are plain links without embedded plugins; no data is transferred to these providers when you visit our website. Only when you click the link do the privacy policies of the respective provider apply.
9. Retention Period
Unless a more specific period is stated in this policy, we store personal data only for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. We then delete it, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this.
10. Your Rights
You have the following rights with regard to your personal data:

Where we process your data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest), you have the right to object to the processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
11. No Automated Decision-Making
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
12. Changes to This Policy
We update this privacy policy whenever our processing activities or the legal situation change. The version published on this page at any given time applies; in case of doubt, the German version prevails.
